Mary Magdalene recognised the risen Lord when He said one word: her name.
רַבּוּנִיrabbûnîmy master, my teacher
She took Him for the gardener and asked where the body had been taken. Jesus said, “Mary.” She turned and answered in her own language, “Rabboni; which is to say, Master.” The first word of the risen Christ that scripture records to one person is that person's name — and the first witness of the Resurrection was sent to tell the apostles.
